Many have recovered from RSI
- fully (i.e., pain free and doing the things they used to do),
- in a period of months,
using a mind-body approach.
This site is dedicated to helping RSI sufferers successfully apply
a mind-body approach to their RSI so that they can put RSI behind them.
This site is under construction. Currently, the following
documents are available:

Dr. Collins' report on my MRI
On December 8, 2000, I underwent a bilateral upper chest MRI
at UCLA. (My symptoms were still significant at that time.)
The supervising radiologist, Dr. James Collins, wrote
a fascinating and detailed report. Warning: this report makes
some readers queasy.

Rachel's website
Rachel describes her take on the mind-body approach and RSI.
Rachel has been completely recovered from her RSI somewhat
longer than I, and she was one of the key players in my own recovery
(I cannot thank you enough, Rachel!).
